A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re going to 10x our business in 2022, 3x again in 2023, and are in the process of building a world class sales org to help us get there. Our Commercial Account Executives are responsible for activating new business from a key accounts list, and grow revenues from those accounts for up to 12 months. They’re tasked with delivering on revenue targets by sourcing direct opportunity through outbound sales activities. We use HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Seamless, and SalesLoft to help get the job done.

As a Commercial AE, you’ll be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with your peers and cross functional stakeholders. Process, creativity, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.

What you'll do:

  • Map out your key accounts list, multithreading across your prospects, and run quarterly account/territory planning.
  • Consistently over-achieve on sales targets through outbound sales activities within your target geos and ideal customer profiles.
  • Execute discovery calls, deliver product demos, and guide customers through the sales process all the way to close.
  • Use our CRM to meticulously manage your entire pipeline and customer base.
  • Deliver on quarterly OKRs, with a laser focus on data.
  • Work closely with your CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure clients are onboarding employees in accordance with the service agreement they’ve signed, and happy with our support.
  • Help to recruit talent through interviews, panels, and onboarding.

What you'll bring:

  • Min 5 years sales experience (ideally within B2B SaaS or HR). Welcome Recruiter/ Recruitment Consultant to apply.
  • Min 3 years in pure outbound/Enterprise sales
  • Min 2 of the last 3 years exceeding quota (*required)
  • A people-first, and growth mindset.
  • An exceptional appreciation for the complexities of your craft.
  • An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee, within a fast growth business, and an incredibly explosive sector.
  • The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative and proactive problem solving.
  • Experience using sales tools for prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement.
  • Comprehension of value-based sales.
