A Bit About The Opportunity

We grew our revenue by 2x this year and have been building a world-class sales org to help us scale in 2025 and beyond. Our SMB/MM Account Executives are outbound specialists, real hustlers who are responsible to deliver on revenue targets by landing new named accounts and growing their revenue contributions for their first year with us. You’ll be prospecting and closing within the SMB/MM sector across a variety of industries. This role will require occasional travel (10-20%) for client meetings, events, and/or team activity, reports directly into the Regional Sales Director, and will work closely with your peers and cross functional stakeholders. Process, organization, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Consistently deliver on sales targets by prospecting named accounts, winning new business, and growing monthly revenue contributions.
  • Prospect daily and attend events to source leads.
  • Master your craft in sales narrative, funnel management, closing, and growing new accounts.
  • Use our CRM (salesforce) to meticulously manage your entire pipeline and customer base.
  • Work closely with our BDRs and marketing team to ensure a high quality pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with your CSMs (customer success managers) to ensure clients are onboarding employees the service agreement they’ve signed.
  • Act as a brand evangelist, promoting Multiplier at relevant industry events on behalf of the greater business.

What You'll Bring:

  • Min 2 years B2B SaaS sales experience (preferred 1 year in HR Tech)
  • Min 2 years exceeding quota as an outbound sales rep(*required).
  • Relevant contacts and client rolodex at scaling tech companies w/in your region.
  • A strong sense of intrinsic motivation to succeed, and a hustlers mentality illustrated by your sales activity.
  • Experience multithreading mid-marketing or enterprise accounts.
  • A people-first, and growth mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and expressed ability to land and expand accounts under your ownership.
  • An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee, within a fast growth business, and an incredibly explosive sector.
  • The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
