Overview

The international expansion team is focused on growing Multiplier’s entity footprint by establishing new entity and partner network to provide a seamless experience to our customers. The role requires to research about potential new countries to establish entity, hunt for partners and execute this to the end.

Key responsibilities

  • 4+ years of experience in either of international expansion, entity creation, new market entry, project management, corporate legal, or paralegal roles in global work environments
  • Providing critical project execution support to the International Expansion team liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day management of project tasks, deadlines and deliverables contributing to continuous progress and completion of milestones.
  • Continuous learning and building of process and policy knowledge through highly effective communication, documentation and process adherence.
  • Document all key aspects of entity and do the required knowledge management to the business operations team
  • Multi-tasking across projects and jurisdictions guided by strategic goals and tactical priorities.
  • Proactively identifying process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborating towards improved and more productive workflow.
  • Research about the latest entity management technology and best practices

Key requirements

  • Has strong project management skills. Prior experience of international expansion roles is a good to have skillset
  • Is a strong team player and collaborator flexible to navigate across a variety of topics and tasks.
  • Is detail oriented, solutions-focused and facilitates task clarity and completeness.
  • Is highly collaborative and yet independent in creatively unblocking challenges and finding alternatives.
  • Has a strong interest in documentation, process, knowledge sharing and effective communication.
  • Paralegal or corporate legal background, understanding of the legal entities structure, stakeholder management and government regulations is good to have skillset but not necessary
  • Strong communication skills
