A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Multiplier is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Revenue Enablement to join our growing team. As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue growth by equipping our sales and customer-facing teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to excel in their roles.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to identify and prioritize enablement needs.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to empower sales teams to effectively articulate the value proposition of Multiplier's products and services.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, battle cards, presentations, and case studies.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and feedback to continuously optimize enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform enablement strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.


What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is preferred.
