The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Website Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of website management, user experience, and digital marketing strategies. The Website Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our website, optimising its performance, and driving conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of website operations, including content management and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, dev team, and design, to implement website updates and enhancements.
  • Manage priorities, coordinate project timelines, and incoming requests, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee sprint processes, set stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure website functionality and usability.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives to improve website performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to website processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in resource allocation and budget tracking.
  • Work across events, campaign work, and social media projects.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with design systems and systematic design is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in website management, preferably in a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
  • Familiar with agile methodologies to synchronise with developers, designers, and content creators.
  • Strong understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience in interpreting data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
