A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Multiplier is a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation that is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Benefits Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global benefits programs, ensuring they align with our company's overall objectives and support the well-being of our diverse workforce. The Global Benefits Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Benefits Program Management

  • Conduct market research of benefits programs, identify issues with our existing benefits packages, and create strategies to improve them
  • Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive global benefits strategies, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Regularly review and benchmark benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative and cost-effective benefit solutions.
  • Organise region wise benefits needs assessments and develop various employee benefits programs.
  • Communicate and negotiate with various benefits providers to identify vendors and benefits packages that are suitable for our customers and cost-effective for the business

Compliance and Governance

  • Stay informed about global benefits regulations and industry trends, ensuring our programs are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain effective governance structures to monitor and report on the performance of global benefits programs.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of benefits programs

Vendor Management

  • Maintain good working relationships with benefits providers, consultants, brokers.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with benefits vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimise the value of our benefits offerings.

Employee Education and Customer Communication

  • Build end to end operational process for benefits enrollments to our customers
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits, promote utilisation, and enhance overall understanding.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to empower employees to make informed decisions about their benefits.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide feedback on our internal systems and processes to improve our operations
  • Work with R&D to improve customer on boarding processes through automation
  • Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Generate regular reports for leadership, providing insights into program utilisation, costs, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Benefits related role.Experience in EOR domain will be an added advantage.
  • Strong research and process development skills
  • Structural thinking and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
