A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Channel Sales to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in collaboration with our valued partners. In this role, you will lead the sales process for acquiring new clients, working closely with partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies and showcase the strengths of both Multiplier and our partners' offerings. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Multiplier's growth and revenue goals in partnership with our esteemed partners.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, highlighting the strengths of both our company and the partner's offerings.
  • Generate new business opportunities and foster revenue growth by building positive relationships within the Payroll partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with partners to identify and prioritize target accounts, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators within partner organizations, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Provide training and support to partner sales teams, enabling them to effectively sell our EOR and other solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts with partners.
  • Track and report on progress against sales targets, identifying opportunities for improvement and course correction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform and guide sales strategy.

What you'll bring:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bring over 5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or Channel Sales, preferably within the Global Payroll, HCM, or EOR domain.
  • Have experience in both SMB and Enterprise/National accounts.
  • Sales Manager experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
  • Can demonstrate a strong capability to establish and nurture positive relationships with key collaborators.
  • Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills, displaying the ability to convey intricate concepts with clarity and conciseness.
  • Exhibit creative thinking and a talent for crafting innovative deal structures.
  • Display the aptitude to effectively understand and meet client needs through the introduction of new products and services.
  • Have a verifiable track record of successfully exceeding quota in order to form revenue generating relationships with partners, channels, and alliances to exceed established quotas.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently (self driven) and collaboratively within a fast-paced and intricate environment.
  • Possess robust interpersonal and time management skills, allowing for effective prioritization and leadership of multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exhibit a willingness to travel as required for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Have a desire to grow within the partnerships organization to a leadership role with an entrepreneurial spirit.
