A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in New York City. The Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with our existing clients. Through a strategic approach to upselling and cross-selling, the Senior Account Manager will identify opportunities to maximize client value and ensure their continued success with Multiplier.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on an understanding of client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to deliver tailored solutions that address client challenges and drive value.
  • Hold a revenue-driven quota and take ownership of meeting and surpassing assigned targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform account strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client engagement using Salesforce CRM software.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the HR tech industry.
  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) or Employer of Record (EOR) solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • High level of initiative, autonomy, and resilience, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
