The Opportunity

As a Global Payroll Presales Consultant, you will support the Sales and Customer Success teams by providing in-depth expertise in global payroll EOR solutions, demonstrating product capabilities, and articulating the value of the Global payroll / EOR / HRIS solutions to prospective clients.

You will work closely cross functionally, to deliver tailored presentations, demos, and solutions that align with the clients' global payroll needs. For this role we are looking for someone that has a combination of payroll domain expertise, technical knowledge, and strong communication skills to build trust and guide clients through the solution evaluation process.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Sales and Customer success teams to understand the prospect’s global payroll challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to assess needs, pain points, and global payroll complexities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations of the global payroll / EOR solution, showcasing its value and capabilities.
  • Present solutions that address prospect needs, while highlighting the flexibility, scalability, and compliance capabilities of the payroll solution.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, compliance considerations, and industry trends in global payroll.
  • Support the sales cycle by providing technical and functional expertise, including responding to RFPs, RFIs.
  • Work closely with the Product Management and Implementation teams to stay aligned with the product roadmap and up-to-date with new product features and developments.
  • Liaise with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from presales to post-sales.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical bent of mind
  • Strong research, problem-solving and process development skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
