A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sales Concierge is responsible for assisting members of the sales team as needed and maintaining positive relationships with sales co-workers. This role assists in the selection process with buyers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered. Building trust with each sales associate effectively communicating product information, features, and pricing. As a Sales Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. From initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up, you will guide clients through every step, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your goal will be to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales through their ability to respond to queries. This role reports to the Enablement Leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the sales team, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, Slack, and in-person interactions. Understand client's needs and preferences to tailor offerings and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Assist sales in exploring available products or services, explaining features and benefits, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with sales by delivering exceptional service and support at every touchpoint. First and foremost focusing on responding to all sales queries in seconds.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer assistance or solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, pricing, benefits, immigration, entities and customization options. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our offerings and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for clients. Share feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up with the sales team to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and solicit feedback. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services based on client preferences and needs.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as maintaining records of the repository of questions and answers, updating databases, and preparing sales reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to support efficient sales operations and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and build rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to guide clients through the sales process.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability in managing client relationships and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and events.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
