A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join Multiplier. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing Multiplier's revenue growth strategy, driving sales, and managing key client relationships to achieve our business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and visionary leader to play a pivotal role in shaping Multiplier's success.

What you'll do:

  • Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with Multiplier's overall goals and objectives. Identify new revenue streams, evaluate market opportunities, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team at Multiplier, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to drive exceptional performance. Set ambitious sales targets, monitor progress, and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment between sales goals and Multiplier's objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients at Multiplier, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape within the HR Tech industry. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and maintain Multiplier's competitive edge. Use insights to refine the revenue strategy and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards revenue targets at Multiplier. Provide regular reports and presentations to the executive team, highlighting revenue trends, opportunities, and challenges. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue generation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments at Multiplier, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and drive integrated revenue-generating initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team at Multiplier. Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities to enhance team members' skills and maximize their potential. Create a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and individual growth.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success as a Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales, or in a similar senior sales leadership role within the HR Tech industry or related sectors.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the US market and proven success in expanding operations in the USA.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute revenue growth strategies, resulting in significant business expansion.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
