A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Coming off a strong 2022, Multiplier grew by 2x in 2023 with plans to 2x in 2024. Our Payroll Account Executives are outbound specialists, real hustlers who are responsible to deliver on revenue targets by landing new named accounts and growing their revenue contributions for their first year with us. This role will require occasional travel (10-20%) for client meetings, events, and/or team activity, reports directly into the Regional Sales Director, and will work closely with your peers and cross-functional stakeholders. Process, organization, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategize and target key markets for our global payroll product, focusing on compliance and international payroll needs.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll challenges and demonstrate how our solution addresses these needs.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demos, emphasizing our payroll solution’s benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales cycles from prospecting to close, using our CRM for pipeline management.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers for smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Share insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Payroll solutions, HR tech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in direct sales, with at least 2 years exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the global payroll landscape, including compliance and regulatory challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing decision-makers.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities for developing effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, SalesLoft) for managing sales activities.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • A growth mindset, open to feedback, and committed to personal and professional development.
