The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Content Program Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimisation of our content strategy across different channels and initiatives, ultimately helping us in democratising content to fuel significant growth.

As the Content Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in project managing content creation across various categories, including always-on, sales plays, GTM/campaigns, and owned and earned Content, including website management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals for always-on, sales plays, GTM/campaigns, and owned and earned content
  • Collaborate closely with content and creative teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of content programs, setting clear and achievable objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, audience preferences, and content best practices
  • Lead the planning and execution of content initiatives to maximise impact
  • Oversee website management, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligns with overall strategy
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategies seamlessly into marketing initiatives

What you bring to the table

  • 8+ years of experience in program management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content and creative teams
  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Experience in managing content for various marketing buckets, including Always-on, Sales Plays, GTM/Campaigns, and Owned and Earned Content
  • Familiarity with website management and optimisation
