The Role:
We are looking for a Website Designer to join the Creative Studio, who will report into the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining, and owning a cohesive design system.
- Conducting design audits to improve existing interfaces.
- Implementing design principles, including layout, colour, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Leading the design process from start to finish.
- Forming UX/UI directives based on research insights, design principles, and best practices.
- Exploring solutions and sketching initial design ideas.
- Developing detailed designs, including user flows, wireframes, and UI mockups.
- Producing final UI mocks and documentation for implementation.
- Creating both high and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Devising and facilitating design workshops with team members.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to support design implementation.
- Liaising with team members and stakeholders to agree on design project timelines.
- Planning and conducting user research and user testing within your user area.
What you’ll need
- Great visual design skills
- Proven experience in UI design with a stellar portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
